seen in Pico bay on our approach

just this Aug while searching for Refits. came across some details of this ship . to my surprise its a Refit rather than a ground up build not once but twice . which multiple name changes Galapagos, Tiara II, and originally Taishu Maru.
its unrecognizable from its former utility ship looks . the only thing that is not change is the hull except for the stern section. sure costly to strip the whole structure on top then build a new one to fit over the old hull.
